Polynucleotides

  • Polynucleotides represent the new era of regenerative aesthetics at Rose Hill Aesthetics. Unlike fillers which mechanically plump the skin, Polynucleotides are injectable bio-stimulators made from highly purified DNA fractions. They function at a cellular level to communicate with your skin’s fibroblast cells, instructing them to repair damage, reduce inflammation, and regenerate tissue. This makes them exceptionally effective for difficult-to-treat areas like the under-eyes, where they can thicken thin skin and reduce dark circles without the risk of puffiness associated with traditional fillers.

Benefits of Polynucleotides

Experience true biological rejuvenation with a treatment that repairs your skin from within, offering natural and long-lasting improvements.

  • Targets Dark Circles: One of the few treatments clinically proven to reduce dark under-eye circles by thickening the skin and improving micro-circulation.

  • Reduces Crepey Skin: Significantly improves skin elasticity and density, smoothing out fine, crepey lines on the face, neck, and hands.

  • Anti-Inflammatory Action: actively reduces inflammation and scavenges free radicals, creating a healthier environment for skin cells to thrive.

  • Natural Tissue Regeneration: Stimulates the body’s own production of collagen and elastin, resulting in a fresher, more youthful appearance that looks completely natural.

True Regeneration

Polynucleotides

Unlock the power of cellular repair at Rose Hill Aesthetics. Polynucleotides are injectable DNA fractions that don't just fill lines, but signal your cells to repair themselves. This treatment is the gold standard for treating dark circles, crepey skin, and damage at a cellular level.

Key Benefits

  • Under-Eye Rescue The most effective non-surgical treatment for dark circles and hollowness.
  • Anti-Inflammatory Calms redness and repairs skin cells damaged by sun or aging.
  • Collagen Booster Stimulates fibroblast cells to produce new collagen and elastin.

The Mechanism

Cellular Priming

A biological intervention that repairs the skin's foundation at Rose Hill Aesthetics.

01

Injection

We inject the polynucleotides using micro-droplets (for eyes) or a cannula (for larger areas). The solution immediately begins to integrate with your tissue.

02

Signaling

The DNA fractions act as scavengers for free radicals and bind to cell receptors, sending a powerful signal to the fibroblast cells to wake up and repair.

03

Regeneration

Over the next few weeks, the skin biologically regenerates. Inflammation is reduced, micro-circulation improves (reducing dark circles), and collagen density increases.

04

Cumulative Effect

While one session helps, a course of 3 compounds the results. The skin becomes thicker, brighter, and more resilient, with effects lasting up to 9 months.

Optimizing Polynucleotide Integration & Cellular Repair

Fish Allergy Screening:

As Polynucleotides are derived from highly purified salmon DNA, this treatment is contraindicated for individuals with a known severe fish or seafood allergy. Please confirm your allergy status during the clinical screening.

Vascular Management:

To minimize the risk of bruising at the micro-injection sites, avoid Aspirin, Ibuprofen, and alcohol for 48 hours prior. Supplements such as Fish Oil, Vitamin E, and Ginkgo Biloba should also be discontinued 1 week before.

Dermal Stability:

Discontinue the use of Retinol and exfoliating acids for 3 days before your session. Ensure the treatment area is free of active acne, cold sores, or inflammatory skin conditions to allow for a sterile injection field.

Hydration Foundation:

Arrive well-hydrated. Polynucleotides work by attracting water to the area and stimulating fibroblast activity; having high localized hydration levels supports the immediate integration of the DNA fractions.

Immediate Post-Injection Care:

You may notice small "papules" or bumps at the injection sites. These are normal and represent the product beginning its regenerative work. Do not massage or attempt to flatten these; they typically resolve within 24–48 hours.

The 24-Hour Cleanse:

Do not wash the treated area or apply makeup for at least 12 hours. Avoid touching the face to prevent the introduction of bacteria into the micro-injection points. Use a clean silk pillowcase on the night of treatment.

Activity & Metabolic Guidance:

Refrain from strenuous exercise, saunas, steam rooms, and hot tubs for 48 hours. Increased body temperature can lead to localized swelling and may interfere with the initial cellular signaling phase of the PN gel.

Regenerative Timeline:

Unlike fillers, Polynucleotides focus on tissue quality. Results manifest as improved elasticity and hydration over 2–4 weeks. Protect the area with SPF 50 daily to ensure UV rays do not degrade the new collagen and elastin fibers.

Frequently Asked Questions

How Is This Different From Fillers?
Fillers are a gel (Hyaluronic Acid) used to physically fill a gap or add volume. Polynucleotides are a watery solution that stimulates your own cells to repair and regenerate. They do not add artificial volume, making them perfect for those who fear looking "over-filled."
Why Do I Need a Course of 3?
Regeneration is a biological process that builds up over time. While you will see improvement after one session, a course of 3 treatments (spaced 2-4 weeks apart) is the clinical standard to achieve the necessary cellular changes for lasting results.
Does It Hurt?
The treatment involves small injections which can sting slightly. We use very fine needles and can apply numbing cream beforehand. Most clients find it very tolerable, especially given the quick treatment time.
Is It Safe?
Yes, Polynucleotides have been used in medicine (wound healing) for decades. They are highly purified and biocompatible, with a very low risk of adverse reactions since they are derived from natural DNA fractions.
