Saves Time: Eliminates the need to fill in or shape eyebrows daily with pencils or powders.

Customized Shape & Color: The color and shape are meticulously tailored to complement your facial features and skin tone.

Ideal for Most Skin Types: Often a better alternative than microblading for clients with oily or mature skin, offering better pigment retention.

The Pigment Sequence

Architectural Mastery

A meticulous semi-permanent protocol designed to reshape, define, and restore brow symmetry at Rose Hill Aesthetics.

01

Bespoke Mapping

We begin with high-precision facial mapping. Using clinical symmetry principles, we design a brow shape that complements your bone structure, followed by a bespoke color-match assessment to align with your natural tones.

02

Dermal Preparation

A high-strength topical anesthetic is applied to the brow region to ensure absolute comfort. The skin is then prepared with a medical-grade sterile solution, creating an ideal foundation for pigment integration.

03

Pigment Artistry

Using specialized semi-permanent techniques, medical-grade pigments are implanted into the superficial layers of the skin. This creates a soft, shaded "powder" effect that provides natural depth and architectural definition.

04

Settling & Perfection

Initial bold results soften into a natural finish over 4–6 weeks. A follow-up "perfection session" is included to refine the pigment and ensure the longevity of your newly defined facial structure.

Brow Protocol | Rose Hill Aesthetics

Brow Artistry Protocol

Ensuring pigment longevity and architectural perfection

Vascular Care & Caffeine:

Avoid alcohol for 24 hours and caffeine on the morning of your procedure. Both act as blood thinners, which can increase sensitivity and interfere with pigment retention.

Dermal Stability:

Discontinue use of Retin-A, AHAs (Alpha Hydroxy Acids), or strong chemical exfoliants near the brow area for 2 weeks prior. Additionally, avoid Botox in the forehead region for at least 14 days before your mapping session.

UV & Skin Health:

Avoid intentional tanning or sunbeds for 1 week. We cannot perform the treatment on sunburnt or compromised skin. Please allow your natural brow hair to grow for at least a week prior (no waxing or threading).

Medical Transparency:

Inform us if you are taking any blood-thinning medications or have a history of keloid scarring. Our clinical team will assess your suitability for semi-permanent pigment integration.

The Dry Healing Phase:

Keep your brows completely dry for the first 7–10 days. Avoid direct water contact, power showers, swimming, and heavy steam. This allows the pigment to "bond" with the skin undisturbed.

Protective Management:

As your brows heal, a light protective crust will form. It is critical that you do not pick, scratch, or rub the area. Picking will cause the pigment to pull out, resulting in patchy or uneven results.

Activity & Thermal Defense:

Avoid strenuous exercise and excessive sweating for 10 days. Sweat contains salts that can blur the hair strokes or fade the soft powder effect prematurely. Avoid saunas and tanning beds for 4 weeks.

Pigment Evolution:

Initially, your brows will appear darker and bolder. This is normal. The color will soften by 30-50% during the healing process. Your "Perfection Session" at 6–8 weeks will address any light areas and finalize the shape.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long does Microblading Eyebrows last?
Microblading Eyebrows typically lasts between 1 to 3 years, depending on skin type, lifestyle, and sun exposure. A color boost session is recommended once the color starts to fade.
Is the treatment painful?
We prioritize comfort. A high-quality topical numbing cream is used before and during the procedure to minimize sensation, ensuring the treatment is very tolerable.
How long is the healing period?
The initial healing period is about 7 to 14 days. During this time, the color will appear darker and the skin may be slightly sensitive. The true, settled color will appear after about 4 weeks.
What is the difference between Micropigmentation and Microblading?
Microblading uses a manual tool to create fine, hair-like strokes. Micropigmentation uses a machine to create a soft, diffused “powder” or shading effect, which is often ideal for all skin types and for covering old permanent makeup.
