Cheeks Augmentation, Nasolabial Folds (Filler)

Restore youthful structural integrity and smooth deep-set expression lines with our advanced Mid-Face Restoration at Rose Hill Aesthetics. As we age, the natural fat pads in the cheeks diminish, leading to a loss of lift and the deepening of Nasolabial Folds. Our specialized filler treatments rebuild this lost volume, providing a sophisticated lift that naturally softens the lines running from the nose to the mouth. Every treatment is bespoke, designed to create balanced contours and a revitalized profile that looks effortlessly refreshed and structurally sound.

Benefits of Cheeks Augmentation, Nasolabial Folds (Filler)

Restores Mid-Face Volume: Replaces fat pad loss in the cheeks to restore a youthful, lifted contour and projection.

Natural Lifting Effect: Augmenting the cheeks provides structural support, which subtly lifts sagging skin and helps reduce the severity of the lower face folds.

Smoothes Deep Folds: Fillers are directly placed into the Nasolabial Folds to diminish their depth and appearance.

Improves Overall Harmony: Creates a balanced facial silhouette, making the transition from the eyes to the jawline smoother and more elegant.

Cheeks & Nasolabial Process | Rose Hill Aesthetics
Structural Mid-Face Restoration

Vector Lifting

A high-precision clinical protocol designed to rebuild malar volume and naturally soften nasolabial creases at Rose Hill Aesthetics.

01

Anatomical Assessment

We begin by analyzing your mid-face architecture and malar projection. By identifying the specific vectors of volume loss, we map the structural points needed to provide a natural lift to the cheeks and reduce the downward pressure on the nasolabial folds.

02

Malar Scaffolding

Using high-density, medical-grade Hyaluronic Acid, we rebuild the "scaffolding" of the cheeks. This deep-layer volumization restores the youthful prominence of the mid-face and creates the structural support necessary for a clear, lifted contour.

03

Fold Refinement

Once the mid-face is lifted, we focus on the nasolabial region. Utilizing a lighter-weight filler, we artistically refine any remaining shadows or creases, ensuring a seamless and smooth transition from the nose to the oral commissures.

04

Profile Harmonization

The treatment concludes with a light structural integration massage. While the lifting effect is immediate, the filler settles over 14 days, drawing in moisture to provide a hydrated, refreshed, and perfectly balanced facial profile.

Mid-Face Protocol | Rose Hill Aesthetics

Structural Restoration Protocol

Maximizing malar lift & nasolabial smoothness

Vascular Integrity Phase:

Mid-face treatments involve deeper dermal layers. To minimize bruising, strictly avoid blood-thinning agents like Aspirin, Ibuprofen, Vitamin E, and Ginkgo Biloba for 7 days prior. Refrain from alcohol for 48 hours before your session.

Infection Prophylaxis:

Ensure you do not have any active facial infections, severe acne breakouts in the cheek area, or systemic illnesses (like the flu) for at least 2 weeks prior. Fillers should only be administered when the immune system is stable.

Dental & Medical Planning:

Do not schedule any dental procedures (including cleanings) for 2 weeks before or after your filler treatment. Dental work can introduce bacteria into the bloodstream that may settle around the fresh filler material.

Arrive With a Blank Canvas:

Please arrive with a clean face. Avoid heavy foundation or contouring products. We will perform a deep clinical sterilization of the mid-face to ensure a perfectly sterile environment for the structural injections.

Zero-Pressure Policy:

Do not apply firm pressure or massage the cheeks and nasolabial folds for 1 week. Avoid sleeping on your face; sleep on your back with your head elevated for the first 3 nights to prevent product displacement and asymmetry.

Activity & Thermal Protection:

Avoid high-impact exercise, yoga (specifically inversions), and intense heat (saunas/hot tubs) for 48 hours. Excessive movement or heat can increase localized swelling and interfere with the structural integration of the HA gel.

Dermal Stability Window:

Refrain from professional facial massages, dental work, or laser treatments in the mid-face region for at least 2 weeks. The filler needs this window to fully bond with your natural tissue and achieve clinical stability.

Settling & Refinement:

Mild tenderness and localized "lumpiness" are normal for the first few days as the product settles. Full anatomical integration takes 14 days. If you notice any unusual skin discoloration or severe pain, contact the clinic immediately.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long do cheek and nasolabial fold fillers last?
Fillers in the mid-face area, which require thicker gels, typically offer the longest duration, often lasting 12 to 18 months, depending on the filler type and individual metabolism.
Will my face look puffy or 'done'?
Our focus is on restoring volume naturally. By lifting the cheeks and providing foundational support, we aim for a refreshed look that avoids an overfilled or puffy appearance.
Is the procedure painful?
We use a strong topical anesthetic and fillers containing lidocaine to ensure the treatment is comfortable. You may feel a sensation of pressure as the product is placed.
How long is the recovery or downtime?
Downtime is minimal. You may experience localized swelling, tenderness, or bruising, particularly in the cheek area, which usually subsides within 3 to 7 days.
