Precision Removal
A non-invasive, clinical approach to restoring skin clarity and smoothness at Rose Hill Aesthetics.
Growth Mapping
We begin by clinically assessing each skin tag or mole. This diagnostic step allows us to determine the size, number, and depth of the growths to ensure the most effective removal technique is utilized.
Local Preparation
The area is thoroughly sterilized. Depending on the size of the growth, a topical numbing agent is applied to ensure the procedure is virtually painless and as comfortable as possible.
Advanced Removal
Using high-precision technology, the growth is targeted and removed at the root. This non-invasive method ensures that the surrounding healthy skin remains undisturbed, minimizing the risk of scarring.
Dermal Protection
A protective clinical ointment is applied to the site to promote rapid healing. You will be provided with specific aftercare instructions to ensure the skin heals smoothly and clearly.
Skin Removal Protocol
Ensuring precision healing and flawless results
Clinical Assessment:
Ensure the area of concern is clean and free of makeup, lotions, or fake tan. Our clinician will perform a final mapping of the growth to confirm it is benign and suitable for aesthetic removal.
UV Protection:
Avoid intentional sunbathing or tanning beds for at least 1 week prior to the procedure. Treatment cannot be performed on sunburnt or highly sensitized skin.
Blood Thinners & Alcohol:
To minimize the risk of minor bruising, we recommend avoiding alcohol and anti-inflammatory medications (like Aspirin) for 24–48 hours before your session, unless medically necessary.
Cleanse the Area:
On the day of your appointment, please shower and cleanse the treatment site with a mild, fragrance-free soap. This provides the most sterile environment for the procedure.
Keep Clean & Dry:
Keep the treated area clean and dry for at least 24 hours. Avoid swimming, saunas, or strenuous exercise that causes excessive sweating during this initial recovery phase.
Allow Natural Shedding:
A small, protective crust will form over the site. It is critical that you do not pick or scratch this area. Allow it to fall away naturally (usually within 7–10 days) to prevent scarring.
Dermal Protection:
Apply the provided clinical ointment twice daily once the initial 24 hours have passed. This keeps the tissue hydrated and supports the skin's natural regeneration process.
Strict UV Defense:
Freshly treated skin is highly susceptible to pigmentation. Apply a broad-spectrum SPF 50 daily and keep the site covered from direct sunlight for at least 2 weeks.
