Dermal Vitality
A customized clinical protocol designed to deliver high-potency nutrients directly to the skin foundation at Rose Hill Aesthetics.
Bespoke Blending
We curate a precise cocktail of vitamins, minerals, and amino acids tailored to your specific goals—whether targeting hydration, stubborn localized fat, or cellulite reduction.
Micro-Infusion
Using ultra-fine micro-injections, the solution is delivered directly into the mesoderm. This bypasses the skin barrier to provide immediate nourishment to the underlying tissue.
Lipolytic Activation
When targeting fat, the active enzymes stimulate the breakdown of fat cells (lipolysis), while simultaneously improving micro-circulation to flush out toxins and reduce cellulite.
Luminous Recovery
Post-treatment, the skin begins to biologically regenerate. Patients experience an immediate boost in hydration, with a smoother texture and sculpted contours becoming visible over a course of sessions.
Mesotherapy Preparation & Aftercare Protocol
Ensuring safety and maximum nutrient absorption
Avoid Blood Thinners:
To minimize the risk of bruising at the micro-injection sites, please avoid alcohol, aspirin, ibuprofen, and Vitamin E supplements for 24-48 hours prior to your session.
Arrive Clean:
The treatment area (face or body) must be free of makeup, lotions, or heavy creams. For body treatments, please wear loose, comfortable clothing.
Discontinue Retinoids:
If treating the face, stop using active topicals like Retinol, Glycolic Acid, or other exfoliants 3-5 days before your appointment to prevent excess sensitivity.
Internal Hydration:
Proper internal hydration helps the skin better integrate the infused vitamins and minerals. Aim to drink 2-3 liters of water the day before your session.
Expected Skin Response:
Minor redness, swelling, or small bumps (papules) are normal and indicate the nutrients are reaching the correct layer. These usually resolve within 12–48 hours.
Avoid Makeup & Friction:
Avoid applying makeup or heavy body lotions to the treated area for 24 hours. Refrain from rubbing or massaging the area to allow the substances to work undisturbed.
Thermal & Activity Restrictions:
Avoid saunas, steam rooms, hot showers, and strenuous exercise for 48 hours. Excess heat and sweat can increase inflammation and interfere with the lipolytic (fat-dissolving) effect.
Sun Protection:
The micro-injection points need protection. Apply SPF 50 daily and avoid direct sun exposure for 7 days to prevent post-treatment pigmentation.
